I have been screaming at my web guys....this is a note they just sent me. I have been having problems at my shop....so I call them 2 times per day. ALEX THE SITE IS DOWN AGAIN! They say..nope it is up...ping the IP....I do and (http://maplered.com) it is there. This is a note he sent me yesterday.

"Mark, the admins at the Planet Data Center says the serve has been up 7 straight days with Zero downtime and (http://maplered.com) there is no DNS issues with your domain. I would post to those guys that are having issues to do a speed test at: http://www.iwebtool.com/speed_test and (http://maplered.com) if your site comes up with a result its obviousy there ISP and (http://maplered.com) not related to the server. Ive checked your site multiple times and (http://maplered.com) it always comes up for me every time.

Mark when you site doesnt come up ping Stone (http://g603.net) advice.com and (http://maplered.com) see what ip youre getting. If youre not seeing 74.52.87.139 then obviously your ISP doesnt have their latest DNS records updated."


IF you CAN'T SEE THE SITE GOT TO THE LINK AND TYPE IN OUR WEBSITE YOU WILL SEE THAT NOT ONLY IS IT UP IT IS FAST. (Type in Stone (http://g603.net) advice.com and (http://maplered.com) push the check button)

Everytime I check it works....CALL YOUR ISP AN TELL THEM TO UPDATE THERE DSN FILES FOR THIS SITE, or SWITCH YOUR ISP...THE SMALL FRY ISP'S ONLY UPDATE EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS OR SO....REAL ISPS (CHARTER, VERIZON, COMCAST) DO IT EVERY COUPLE OF HOURS. THAT IS WHY MANY FOLKS HAVE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE EMAILS OR PMS ABOUT THIS!!

Well I think all your bitchen to the IT guy's changed something cause for the last week I have had no problems. I'm addicted to the site, gotta have that fix! Thanx Mark for all you've done! Cool
